• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
• Refunds:
  • Eligible only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product return.
• Return Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
• Non-Refundable: Personalized/custom jewellery and items on clearance sale.
